Shipping policy

• SHIPPING: Our reptiles are shipped via "FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping". Reptiles are shipped and delivered to your nearest FedEx Shipping Hub by 10:30am (Depending on your zip code). Shipping day is Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Orders will be confirmed through email before shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F (A heat pack or cold pack will be added if needed). 

 

• Damages and Issues: Please inspect your package upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the package is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue.
