Refund policy

NO RETURNS!

SHIPPING: Our reptiles are shipped via "FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping". Reptiles are shipped and delivered to your nearest FedEx Shipping Hub by 10:30am (Depending on your zip code). Shipping day is Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Orders will be confirmed through email before shipping. REPTILE MUST BE PICKED UP WHEN AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT FEDEX. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F (A heat pack or cold pack will be added if needed).

Refund policy: In order to be eligible for a refund your reptile must be picked up within in hour after being available for pick up at FedEx and temperatures must be between 30-90F. If DOA check policy below.

DOA: REPTILE MUST BE PICKED UP WHEN AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT FEDEX! If the reptile or reptiles are DOA, photo and video evidence MUST be provided immediately after receiving your package from FedEx. In the email we will discuss a complete refund for the cost of the animal. NO REFUND if reptile is DOA after being at Fedex for more than an hour after being available for pick up.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your package upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the package is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue.
